Some of you know that I have family in Nevada. I was out there last fall and painted this little study on a pullout on the side of 395 through Virginia City. And it was COLD!!!! And windy. And I hated the study. So tonight I looked at that sad little study and decided to “adjust” it to be more in line with my skillset today. Welcome to the edge of the overlook. The view is looking south through 6 Mile Canyon towards Dayton and off to the distant mountains where you can find abandoned mines, lizards, snakes and ghost towns.
